About

ihaveanoilforthatHi! I’m Heather. This blog started out as a way to communicate with family, friends and people all over the world praying for my sister while she fought cancer. When she got sick, I was already in yoga teacher training and then I really got into the natural healing and eating clean when my sis got sick.

We went though the insanity of chemo treatment, traveling to MD Anderson in Texas, practically living at the hospital and supporting each other through it. My hubby and I eventually moved in with my sister and her family toward the end of her life.

I learned so much through this terrible trial in our lives. My passive interest in food, cooking and holistic health turned into my full time career… along with being a new Mom to my sister’s daughter. We got to adopt her when my sis passed away. Hailey gave me the best gift in the world. Our little girl is amazing, healthy, thriving and full of love.

Over the past few years, I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training, attended the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a Wellness Advocate for the best essential oil company in the world. I am committed to educating others on holistic health, good nutrition, the concept of bio-individuality, natural medicine, alternative therapies and inspiring others to be their best selves.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Let me know if you have any questions, fun recipes I need to try etc…

You can also find me on Facebook, Instagram and Pintrest. Facebook messenger is the quickest way to get in touch with me.

Hope to talk to you soon.

Namaste. (The light in me sees and honors the light in you!)

Peace,

Heather
