Almond Cocoa Protein Shake

Yummy, full of protein and filling! I need a good boost of energy before I head out to teach yoga and this shake fits the bill. Here is what you will need.

1 teaspoon of almond butter
1 scoop of protein powder (I use dōTERRA’s V-Shake, a vegan no soy powder)
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 cup of unsweetened soy milk
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Stevia to taste
3-4 ice cubes

throw it all in a blender, give it a whirl & enjoy with your girl! Image
